77. Al-Wali — The Governor
Al-Wali means the One who manages all affairs of creation, and Al-Muta'ali is the One who is Most High above deficient attributes or the reach of intellect and thought.
To conduct oneself with the name Al-Wali requires you to be a guardian and judge over yourself. So do not remove yourself from it what it loves. As for conducting yourself with the name Al-Muta'ali, it is so that you raise your spirit in serving Allah, the Most High.
Its benefit The benefit of the name Al-Wali is to prevent disasters, such as lightning and the like. And the benefit of the name Al-Muta'ali is to increase goodness and well-being.
