Supplication Before Ablution

بِسْمِ اللهِ.

Bismillaah

"In the name of Allah (I perform ablution)". (Reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

Supplication After Ablution

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ. اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِيْ مِنَ التَّوَّابِيْنَ وَاجْعَلْنِيْ مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِيْنَ

Asyhadu allaa ilaaha illallohu wahdahuu laa syariikalah, wa asyhadu anna muhammadan 'abduhuu warosuuluh. Allohummaj'alnii minat tawwaabiina waja'alnii minal mutathohhiriin.

"I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah alone, without any partner. I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger. O Allah, make me among those who repent and make me among those who purify themselves." (Reported by Muslim and At-Tirmidhi)

سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوْبُ إِلَيْكَ.

Subhaanakalloohumma wabihamdika asyhadu allaa ilaaha illaa anta astaghfiruka wa atuubu ilaiik.

"Glorified be You, O Allah, and praised be You. I bear witness that there is no deity except You. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You".
