Supplication After the Sunnah Prayer of Tawaf at Masjid al-Haram
The sunnah prayer of tawaf is performed behind the Station of Ibrahim. If that is not possible, it may be performed anywhere within Masjid al-Haram.
In this prayer, after reciting al-Fatihah in the first rak'ah it is preferable to recite surah al-Kafirun, and in the second rak'ah after reciting al-Fatihah it is preferable to recite surah al-Ikhlas. After the prayer it is recommended to supplicate:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ سِرِّيْ وَعَلَانِيَتِيْ فَاقْبَلْ مَعْذِرَتِيْ، وَتَعْلَمُ حَاجَتِيْ فَاعْطِنِيْ سُؤْلِيْ، وَتَعْلَمُ مَا فِيْ نَفْسِيْ فَاغْفِرْ لِيْ ذُنُوْبِيْ
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْألُكَ إِيْمَانًا دَائِمًا يُبَاشِرُ قَلْبِيْ، وَيَقِيْنًا صَادِقاً حَتَّى أَعْلَمَ أَنَّهُ لاَ يُصِيْبُنِيْ إِلاَّ مَاكَتَبْتَ لِيْ رِضًا مِنْكَ بِمَا قَسَمْتَ لِيْ، أَنْتَ وَلِيِّ فِيْ الدُنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ. تَوَفَّنِيْ مُسْلِمِينَ وَأَلْحِقْنِى بِالصَّالِحِينَ
اللَّهُمَّ لَا تَدَعْ لَنَا فِي مَقَامِنَا هَذَا ذَنْبًا إلَّا غَفَرْتَهُ، وَلَا هَمًّا إلَّا فَرَّجْتَهُ،، وَلَا حَاجَةً إلَّا قَضَيْتَهَا وَيَسَّرْتَهَا، فَيَسِّرْ أُمُوْرَنَا وَاشْرَحْ صُدُوْرَنَا، وَنَوِّرْ قُلُوْبَنَا، وَاخْتِمْ بِالصَّالِحَاتِ أَعْمَالَنَا
اللَّهُمَّ تَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ وَأَحْيِنَا مُسْلِمِينَ وَأَلْحِقْنَا بِالصَّالِحِينَ غَيْرَ خَزَايَا وَلَا مَفْتُوْنِينَ
Allahumma innaka ta’lamu sirra wa’alaaniyatiiy faqbal mu’dziratiiy, wata’lamu khajatiiy faa’thiniiy su’liy, wata’lamu maa fiinafsiiy fafhfirliy dzunuubii
Allahumma inniiy as’aluka iimaana daaiman yubaasyiru qalbiiy, wayaqiinan shaadiqan khatta a’lama anhu laa yushiibuniy illa maa katabtalii ridho minka bimaaqasamta liiy, anta waliyyafiidunyaa wal akhirati, tawafanii muslimiina walkhiqnii bissholikhiin
Allahumma laa tada’lanaa fii maqaami naa hadzaa dzanban ilaa ghafartahu, wa laa haman illa farrajtahu, wa laa khajatan illa qadhoitahaa wayassartaha, fayassar amuuranaa wasyrah shuduuranaa, wanawwarquluubanaa, wakhtimbssholikhaati a’maalanaa.
Allahumma tawafanaa muslimiina wa akhyinaa muslimiina walkhiqnaa, bisshalikhiina ghaira khozaaya wa laa maffatuuniin.
Meaning:
"O Allah, indeed You know my hidden secrets and my open deeds, so accept my plea for excuse. You know my need, so grant my request. You know whatever is within my heart, so forgive my sins.
O Allah, I ask You for steadfast faith that remains fixed in my heart, and true certainty, so that I may know that nothing befalls me except what You have decreed for me. Make me content with whatever You have apportioned for me.
O Most Merciful of the merciful. You are my protector in this world and the next. Cause me to die as a Muslim and join me with the ranks of the righteous.
O Allah, do not leave any sin of ours in this place of ours without forgiving it, nor any distress of the heart without relieving it, nor any need without fulfilling and easing it. So ease all our affairs, open our hearts, illuminate our hearts, and let our deeds end in righteous deeds.
O Allah, cause us to die as Muslims, let us live as Muslims, and admit us into the ranks of the righteous, without disgrace or trial."
